李兆磊,男,1984年6月生于山东省高密市,本科毕业于曲阜师范大学,研究生毕业于复旦大学,2019年10月 – 2020年11月在美国Northern Arizona University的ECOSS学术交流。曾任农业农村部西南山地农业绿色低碳重点实验室常务副主任 (2022-2025)。现任西北农林科技大学教授、博士生导师,中国农业绿色发展研究会农业绿色低碳分会委员等。主要研究方向为农田土壤健康,旨在通过微生物机理揭示、大数据建模等创新手段,提升农田土壤碳含量、增强土壤碳稳定性;并通过有机替代方式实现减肥增效,实现低碳减氮与粮食安全协同。主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。近年来在土壤碳氮周转精准模拟、优化农田碳氮管理方案等研究方面取得了重要成果。迄今发表SCI论文80余篇,其中30余篇(第一或通讯作者)在Nature Food、Nature Communications、Global Change Biology、Earth-Science Reviews、Current Biology、Global Ecology and Biogeography、Soil Biology and Biochemistry等国际主流杂志上;8篇论文入选ESI高倍引论文。已培养博士1名,硕士生4名,其中多人获国家奖学金,博士生入选首批中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划。
