简历

1970年2月生于陕西省延安,1993年毕业于西北农林科技大学,1996年在中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所获得硕士学位,2001年获西北农林科技大学博士学位,现任西北农林科技大学水保学院研究员,博士生导师,书记,中国土壤学会副理事长,中国水土保持学会副理事长,陕西省土壤学会  理事长,水土保持通报主编。研究领域为节水农业和水土保持。入选国家中青年科技创新领军人才和“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。近年来主持国家和省部级课题8项,获得国家科技进步二等奖2项,陕西省科技进步一等奖3项,延安市“十三五”突出贡献成果奖,入选旱区农业高效用水科技部重点领域创新团队,神农中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队,陕西省首批科技创新团队,“三秦学者”智慧农业创新团队。主持完成国家和省部级项目10余项。近5年发表论文 130 余篇,其中 SCI、EI 收录 60 余篇。
