王仕稳,博士,西北农科技大学水土保持科学与工程学院研究员/中国科学院水利部水土保持研究所研究员,博士生导师。现任九三学社杨凌示范区工委副主委,西北农林科技大学九三基层委员会副主委,水保所支社主委;陕西省九三资环委副主任,陕西省九三青工委委员;陕西省杨凌示范区政协常委;陕西省植物学会副理事长,陕西省生态学会副理事长,陕西省生态学会青年理事会理事长;中国节水农艺分会委员。
