男,入选国家海外高层次人才引进项目, 1983年生,中国科学院大学与澳大利亚科工组织联合培养博士。2013-2015年赴德国波恩大学开展作物模型相关博士后研究。2016年开始在世界500强企业拜耳作物科学德国总部和巴斯夫集团德国总部担任数字农业方向的技术负责人(核心技术人员保留奖金获得者),领导从0到1开发了Field Manager智慧农业平台,商业化落地超过7个国家,该平台提供水稻、小麦、玉米和大豆的全程优化托管服务,已成功商业化推广至多个国家,年服务面积达4000万公顷,年收益超7000万欧元。长期从事水稻、小麦、玉米等作物的表型监测、智慧农业解决方案、作物生长模型构建、病虫草植保模型、农业大数据管理及气候变化影响评估等研究。主持了巴斯夫、拜耳、大疆创新和欧盟等资助的10多个项目。参与研发了“Smart Sprayer”产品的开发,结合高精度传感器和智能算法,大幅减少农药使用并提升作业效率,推动了精准农业设备的陆地和农艺和农机的融合技术。回国后,主持了陕西省重点研发项目,并参与了广西省重点研发计划,主导了“葡萄通”等数字农业产品开发并开发了其核心模型部分,推进了其在广西的落地应用和推广。在《Global Change Biology》、《Agricultural and Forest Meteorology》、《Plant Phenomics》、《Pest Management Science》、《European Journal of Agronomy》等期刊发表了40余篇SCI论文,转化10余项智慧农业相关国际发明专利。其研究成果每年为相关企业带来千万级经济效益,推动了智慧农业在全球范围内的落地和发展。
